The case of former Ontario attorney general Michael Bryant is scheduled for Monday, as a follow-up to his charge of negligence causing death after a bicycle courier died in August on Bloor St.

A judge decided in November to hold the case against Bryant over to Dec. 7.

That's because Bryant's lawyer, Marie Henein, said she still needed to receive full disclosure from prosecutors before the case can go to trial.

Bryant did not attend that brief court appearance.

Bryant faces charges of criminal negligence causing death and dangerous driving causing death in a collision involving a cyclist in August.

Darcy Allan Sheppard, a 33-year-old bike courier, was killed the evening of Aug. 31 when he was alleged to have been dragged along a strip of Bloor St. by Bryant's Saab convertible.
