Below is a list of tornado-related services and contact information:

VAUGHAN

Residents of Vaughan affected by the storm should register at one of the two evacuation centres: Father Ermanno Bulfon Community Centre at 8141 Martingrove Road (905-879-8732) and the Maple Community Centre at 10190 Keele Street (905-832-2377).

The Insurance Bureau of Canada will be available up at both community centres to assist residents with their insurance questions and concerns.

A mobile community policing station has been established at Martingrove Ave. and Highway 7.

Residents who left pets behind are can contact Vaughan Enforcement Services at 905-832-8505.

To enquire about the location or to report power outages call Powerstream at 1-877-777-3810 or visit their website at www.powerstream.ca.

For any information regarding City Services (water, etc), call Access Vaughan at 905-832-2281.

The City is requesting residents to submit photos or videos of the storm damage for City records at corpcomm@vaughan.ca

DURHAM

An emergency shelter has been set up at the Royal Canadian Legion at 271 Bruce St N (519-369-2239).

ACROSS ONTARIO

Insurance questions can be directed to the Insurance Bureau of Canada's Ontario Consumer Information Centre at 1-800-387-2880 or 416-362-9528.
