 TORONTO - Residents were forced out of an apartment building in the city's east end early Thursday morning, due to high levels of carbon monoxide.

Police and fire crews responded to a call at 1328 Gerrard Street East shortly before 3 a.m.

10 people and their pets were evacuated from the 3-story apartment building due to carbon monoxide.

No injuries have been reported.
