TORONTO- Protestors at City Hall flooded the doors at around 6:30pm on Tuesday evening.

A crowd chanting " let us in" quickly grew past it's expected number raised some concern. The protestors were trying to force their way into City Hall, this prompted a city wide call for police reinforcement.

Concerns about protestors gaining access to chambers has uniformed officers lined at the rear of the chamber hall.

No one is being allowed to enter or leave City Hall at this time.

Several people have been arrested and detained for questioning.

Despite a few outbursts inside of chamber, the budget has been passed.

Budgets announcements are scheduled to conclude at approximately 8:00pm.
